Data and privacy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information the CyberExperts Certification Lab uses to provide accounts, readiness checks, practice access, support, and communications.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create or use an account, including your email address, consent choices, readiness-check responses, study activity, support requests, and cohort inquiry details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; CyberExperts receives payment and access-status information needed to provide the service, not full payment-card details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, preserve your readiness history, provide paid access when applicable, respond to support requests, improve the Lab, and send marketing messages only when you opt in. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the Lab: Stripe processes payments; Google provides optional sign-in; Umami Analytics (manus-analytics.com) provides privacy-focused usage analytics; and Manus and Cloudflare provide application hosting, delivery, and related infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
We retain account and learning records while they are needed to operate the service, support your access, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent by contacting info@cyberexperts.com. Some billing or security records may need to be retained where required by law.
Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the current version here.
